My Dad (78) complains about his hands. Any advice?

He can't fold his palm easily for regular work. He has gone through bypass surgery 4 years back .. hence he is adviced blood thining medicines ...which reacts excessice blood bleed patches on hands and somtimes on head ....and he also is daigonised of vein block in both of his lower limb
