I'm a 100% Service-Connected Disabled Veteran and wish to know how to appoint (paperwork)?

What is required to have my roommates assist me?
Note: I have two conditions... Progressive Rheumatoid Arthritis - Ankylosing Spondylitis and Aspergers Syndrome. If you could direct me... Where to go! And what Forms are needed to Fill out to Appoint a Personal caretaker would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!

TL, this is something you need to talk with the VA about. They will have the paperwork you need to complete and will be able to give you guidance in what to do. Have you already applied for and been accepted for assistance? I don't know anything about the VA programs. I hope that other people here will have more helpful information for you.
