My Dad has Alzheimer's and we are trying to re-finance the house. Any advice?
No POA just a Deed and a Will.

Chris, what kind of help do you need? Is your Dad in the very early stages of Alzheimer's or in the later stages? Who is *we* in reference to re-financing the house?

You must be joking. Someone with Alzheimer's cannot sign new mortgage documents. Go see a lawyer ASAP
