Do I pay taxes on Mom's VA benefits once they are deposited into my account?
My Mom who has dementia pays me to care for her from her tax free VA benefits.

If you are working as an independent contractor [not working through an agency] you will need to pay estimated quarterly income taxes to the IRS.
