Does a caregivers pay come out of the customers social security?

Well, if the senior is living on Soc Sec check alone, and wanted to pay a Caregiver out of their AS income, the senior can decide to do that. But the senior has to write the check.

No it does not. The only coverage would be through Medicaid, who hires caregivers from a licensed agency via contract.
