I get less sleep than I need. How to overcome that habit?
I love to stay up late at night. It gives me peace, I feel more creative, I do whatever i want to. The problem is that i go to my job early. When I have to wake up, I stay half an hour in my bed and after that i rush to my job.
Need more information about the person you are Caregiving.... what is his/her limitations? What type of Caregiving are you giving? Does that person have someone that comes in during the day while you are at work?
