Florida's new medical cannabis law. It was a Doctor *or caregiver* can be licensed to write prescriptions. Anyone know?

My Oncologist has told her patients she will not participate in the program. Neither will my Primary care physician - mostly because the State is making participants take an 8 hour class on the subject.

Will there be caretakers that will get certified and dispense the prescription to get the card to buy the legal oil? I am in the Winter Park, FL area.
