My Dad had lung cancer surgery and he needs help. How can I be his full time caregiver?

I don't know the 1st steps I should take on becoming his full time caregiver and get paid for doing this. I dont know of any companys or what to do please anyone with advice

But in general, he needs to pay you and it needs to be according to a contract, (in case he would need Medicaid, within 5 years.)
