I care for my mother 24/7 but my sister has made numerous calls, making false accusations. Any advice?

I did and gave them my cell phone number to call because Linda ran them off when they came out before, lot of family issues, they do not want to pay bills they owe, but mom needs care and I have been assisting her for over a year, without relief
