I live with my Mom and we need alot of home repairs. I am also disabled do you know of any programs to help?

we live in florida and need air conditioning and also neither of the 2 bathrooms work properly and when it rains the roof is leaking.I myself have breathing problems and the heat is making it real hard to breath the teperature in the house right now is over 90 degrees Hot. please we need help

Sorry to read you are going through all that with your home. My theory is if you cannot afford to maintain a home, then it time to seriously consider downsizing and moving to an apartment where the rent is geared toward your income.

Repairmen could come in to fix all these items, and next month another series of repairs will be needed. Put the house up for sale and let it be the perfect home for someone who has the money to take care of the house.
