Anyone know of a good lawyer in Clarkston Washington or Lewiston Idaho? I have cared for him for 3 years without so much as a phone call or even a card sent to him on holidays, birthdays nor when he has been hospitalized from my 2 siblings. He has suffered a broken hip, a TIA and a few other health scares. My sister is the executor on his will. She also has blocked me from any contact with her, she won't answer emails, phone calls, even social media. she took out 100 thousand dollars from his retirement account (right before she had him put under a court guardianship and bought an RV that he lives in in my yard but put it into her name only (his name is not on the title at all, so is not part of his estate)She also bought herself a 5,000 diamond ring because my Mother left me a nice ring and she got a much smaller diamond when our mom passed. He is 70 years old now and quite frail. If or I should say when he dies I know I will have problems with his funeral and getting my 1/3 of his estate which is how his will reads. It's not fare in the fact that I do all the work, while my brother and sister won't even talk to him or I. Any suggestions or names of a good attorney?

Were you successful in getting payment? If not, given the medical challenges this man faces, I think it's time to advise (not ask) the sister who holds guardianship to find a placement for him.
You wrote that he has mental challenges and lives in an uninsulated RV in your yard in Washington. Even in that state, an uninsulated dwelling is unacceptable.
You or your sister who holds guardianship need to find a suitable placement for this man so at least he can get the benefit of professional medical care. From your earlier post, this is clearly too much for you.
Any funds his estate might have should go for his care now.
