Would you press charges against a Veteran primary care doctor who lied to you?

I was told I definitely don't have sleep apnea or a deviated septum by a Veteran primary care doctor but you found out you got both would you press charges for fraud?

No, that's not fraud. Maybe malpractice, but even that might be a stretch.

Is this doctor the same doctor from your posting a year ago? Just curious. https://www.agingcare.com/questions/what-do-you-do-when-a-doctor-lies-on-you-170352.htm

I would trust a veteran primary doctor before a doctor who will tell you what you want to hear.

Get your patient the help needed, there is little time to look back, trying to remedy someone else that did not do their job properly. IMOP

Fraud??? Even if there was a misdiagnosis, how is it fraudulent?

Talk to an attorney, Useful. You can sue any time. The question is always, "Can you win?"

You have to prove negligence. Doctors are allowed to be wrong. AND you have to be able to prove that you damaged by said negligence.
