My aunt need assistance with personal care for her husband who is 500 plus pounds. Any advice?

Is he under the care of a physician? What does he say about the obesity? Is he a candidate for bariatric surgery perhaps? You don't mention whether your uncle is elderly or not. Can your aunt hire an aide?
