How to get personal care nurses?

My mom has home health that comes once or twice a week, just to see how she's doing and educate her on her copd disease. PT is now once a week. Mom is declining and I believe I'm going to need someone to come in and bath her and possible sit. I work full time nights so my times is limited. The home health agency we use now doesn't have aides or sitters. What is my next move to get her help
