What financial assistance is there for state of Nevada?

I would greatly appreciate if anyone on this site has had experience with tending to a loved one / family member. These are financial programs that I have been told that would possibly be available. Of course depending on the funding. I am in complete desperation I'm trying to locate and find the right doctor to treat my mother, my father, my domestic partner , my animals. And of course members ??

I'm not sure what you mean by PAS. Please explain. A personal care aide is PCA, a home health aide is HHA. A certified nurse's aide is CNA.

Since every State is different with it's own rules, regulations, and programs.... your best bet is to contact the State of Nevada Medicaid office and talking to them.
