Can roommates who share expenses qualify for Medicaid on each of their own incomes?
Or is it household income , even in this case?

This is a great question and I hope someone answers it, if they know. I read some where that for the Marketplace Insurance, household means the people who are filing on the same tax return, but I'm not sure about other things like Medicaid.

You would need to contact your State Medicaid office, as each State has their own rules, regulations and programs.
