Can anyone explain what exactly Fast 6e stage means?
My MIL had hospice come assess her today and that is the rating they gave her. Thanks

According to the Internet, the FAST means The Reisberg Functional Assessment Staging Scale. The 6 means Decreased ability to dress, bathe and toilet independently plus fecal incontinence.
