Where to find a day care for my Mother?
Where they will pick her up and bring her home in the afternoon...

Usually it takes two different programs, one for transport and one for the day program. Go to her nearest senior center and ask what is available.

You would need to call your local council on aging to see if they have list of such facilities that offer transportation.
