I was trying to compare drug plans for my Mother but the site says she is not in the system. Any advice?

I meant to type "or" instead of "on" on the medications she takes.

She has both Medicare and Medicaid. She pays for her supplemental health plan but doesn't pay anything for her drug plan on the medications she takes. Someone told me though that I should still enter her information on the Medicare Plan Finder site but it would let me and so I'm thinking since she is on Medicaid that isn't necessary.

Is she on both Medicare and Medicaid?

This site offers some good information. I would contact them and explain that she is on Medicaid. She may qualify for extra help. With Medicare, Medicaid and Extra Help, which helps on meds, she will have very little out of pocket expenses for medications.

If you were looking on the Healthcare Market place....they don't offer plans for those who receive Medicare.
