Can I find part time care (a few days or a several weeks) for my Mother?

I am her daughter and care giver and I need a occasional break.

My mother lives in my home and I provide all of her care. All of her vital health signs are very good, but she is not able to walk and gets around very well in her electric scooter. She is also very sharp mentally. For my health, I need some time off occasionally and I am looking for care that would take her for a few days or several weeks. Is this type of service available? She would need meals, but she can feed herself and help dressing. she has arthritis and her mobility in her hands is limited.
