Mom has Alzheimer's and Dad has went nuts giving his money to scammers. Any advice?

You can find POA forms online and have a notary come to them. Your parents will have to be competent to sign the POA or it can be challenged in court.

You may need to seek guardianship. How advanced is mom's dementia? She may not be competent enough to grant anyone PoA
