If you do not qualify for Medicaid, that means you have assets to draw on for your care. Use your assets. If you gave money away, get it back. There are no grants.
You just missed the registration period for www.Healthcare.gov. Even though you're too late, maybe there will be something there for you. If you are low income, you may be able to qualify for a subsidy that will cover most of the cost of your insurance.
