Can a trust be contested?

I am very positive that the final wishes aren't in the trust. I have a voicemail stating what he wanted, statements by texts from my cousin stating the same wishes. But now dementia has set in I do believe the trust was redone as well as the DPOA. She make sure that it was all left to her which is not what he wanted. Not knowing what the trust says but I'm sure its all in her favor
