Can resident use personal needs money for a pizza and share with others?

Since PNA funds are for the snf resident, I'm thinking that maybe when the slice of pizza is shared that it becomes a misuse of funds. The smallest size pizza is still too big for 1 person. It would probably feed 3 elders or 1 younger adult. I will pick up the pizza, take it to the facility, and submit the receipt for reimbursement if it does not create a major conflict. I've been told by facility staff that residents can choose how to spend their money.
