Can I get supplement income to help out with ded. copays gas 24/7care?

I am a caregiver for my husband I have to drive him to dr. & for tests. We only have his check I am with him 24/7 can't be left alone it is really hard to stretch out the money for deductables co-pays gas food. Sure would be good if there is some other kind of income that could help out. I worked so has my husband before the tractor accident. Please any information would be greatly appreciated.
