The IRS would only be interested in taxes you owe. Please explain your situation a little more.

BrionBell, we need more information. I can't imagine why the IRS would even care how much someone has in the checking account. I am wondering if you are thinking about Medicaid and the money limits for an elder who is on Medicaid?

I don't understand your question. Why are you limited by the IRS? Maybe someone else knows more about this type of thing. Hopefully, they can respond.
