What forms are needed to be over Mom's property besides a living will and POA?

brother and mom stays togeather now he gives mom t sister and keep check. but wants t put mom in nursing or sister take 300 dollars and let mom stays with her , sister says no mom still wants t live in her home . son says no or she lives with a twenty year old son 14 year old daughter girlfriend and self, sister says no get girlfriend out and he says no put my mother out of her own house what do I need t save my house and let her come back home
