What to do if I suspect brother is being abusive to parent and stealing money?

I live in a different state. Father and brother lived in the same state. When my father got sick, my brother told me my father told me my father only had a little amount of money, not enough to put in a home or have professional care. Brother has been on disability and has never had savings. Since then my brother has now moved to FL and has bought a large house on 2 acres of land built a pool, bought a riding mower, an ATV vehicle, etc. One of the woman he has caring for him is not a professional and is an alcoholic and not caring for him properly. My brother has ban me from the visiting my father and has threatened to kill me. I live in another state and have my own family and I really don't have enough money to hire a lawyer, but feel my father is in a unsafe situation. What can I do? Please help!
