My Mom (87) has severe macular degeneration with 10% vision left. Any financial assistance?

She suffers with Neuropathy. I have no job just taking care of her. I also have full guardianship of my 9 year old grandson and ask I am between the two is be a caregiver. I have no time to work. I need income but someone will suffer. Is there financial assistance in Calhoun county in Battle Creek Mi to help me. I am constantly taking her to appointments.
