Where to find an inexpensive medical transporter to get my Mom to Buffalo?

My Mom lives in Atl GA and I live in Bflo NY. My Mom had a stroke; she's on a feeding tube and catheter. I'm sure she would not be able to take a long ride in a vehicle and have too much going on to fly.
