I've lost my direct care class certificate. Where can I obtain a copy?

It seems that the school would be the only place to get one, although that would depend on your state. There may be a state registration and if that is the case, you may be able to get a copy through them.

Contact the school where you took your classes. They should be able to get you another copy. Who was the original issuing school or business?
