We have a 6 bed RCFE. We recently got a resident that is showing a violent side. He has hit three people what can we do?

This is a 93 year old man and he will not cooperate when trying to change him. He cusses and swears and has struck three people in the face. This is not acceptable. What are the options as far as eviction goes.
