Resistant and defiant. Getting client up in the morning is a 2 hour ordeal. Advice?
I need to have them up due to needing food - blood sugar levels.

I'd recommend providing a small bowl of instant oatmeal or one scrambled egg (whatever is part of client's approved breakfast) for your client to eat in bed. Two hours is much too long to wait to eat breakfast after getting up.

That's what usually happens... It seems get day night sync has flipped and we are hoping new meds will help thxs
