What is the ratio of staff in memory care if the residents have behaviors?

I currently work for a facility that has 29 residents in a dementia unit and only 2 staff. The two staff that we have me being one of them have been experiencing a lot of exhaustion, stress and physical pain. my question is what is the ratio and if I feel my residents are not getting the attention they need because we're short staffed who can I contact to do an investigation
