My parents are getting to the point they can't take care of each other. Advice?

they are constantly falling and injuring themselves and covering it up. my mom is a rn of many years and has many doctor friends who will give her any medications she wants shes abusing her meds and drinking leading to unwanted injuries and my dad cant take care of her he also is falling and getting injuried
