Has anyone used a website to find a caregiver for a patient with dementia?

I used a small agency that was local, I got thier name from a local rehab, or try a local nursing home to see who they may reccomend. They will be lisenced and bonded, and take care of taxes, etc. If care.com is the site where people post themselves like a dating site, I looked into it but it made me nervous. So many of the pictures were a bit inappropriate to my mind, and dad did not need a date... Sorry if I have this site confused with another.
