In the state of Texas: assuming you are already receiving Medicaid benefits, are you allowed to keep any portion of an inheritance?

In the state of Texas, assuming you are already receiving medicaid benefits.  Are you allowed to keep any portion of an inheritance? My sister who has been handicapped since birth is now living in a skilled nursing facility and receiving medicaid benefits which she has gotten for many years. Our mother passed away 2 years ago and I am in the process of selling Mom's home. Proceeds will be divided equally between 4 heirs. Is my sister allowed to keep any portion of her inheritance?
