Is there a list of homes who provide private care for the elderly without medicaid or grants?

I, too, am a bit confused by your question. There are many homes and facilities for full pay but you likely know that. More in formation would help.

Are you trying to find out if there are care facilities for FREE for the 79 year old with dementia that you mentioned in another post which provide both custodial and medical care without Medicaid or grants being involved?
Are you asking if there are PAID alternatives for a 79 year old with dementia that does not have family to provide custodial and medical care for someone who does not have Medicaid or other grants to offset care?
