I want to be caregiver for my elderly parents. How much will the government pay me?

I live in California. My father is 83 and mother is 77. Both walk around with stick and needs help for daily chores including cooking. They get social security @ $550/month each. I am living with them and helping them all out. How much government will pay me and what is the procedure.
