Of course its not wrong, in fact its necessary for caregivers to MAKE time for themselves. You need to be balanced to go the distance. Make it happen, get family to help or hire someone so that you can go out and just do something you want, catch a movie, coffee with friends whatever it is that will refresh you. And make it a regular thing ( once a week ). What is your situation? Do you have family who can help? More info would help. Go out and make it happen you will feel so much better when you do.
