If a patient asks for a copy of her FL2 from a medical facility are they obligated to give them a copy?
My 86 year old mother had a hospital stay after a fall. The hospital did an FL2 and sent it with her to the rehab center. When she was discharged from the rehab center Is that right?
The FL2 is a preadmission form describing care needs. It will of course change to a Care Plan. As long as you are her POA / Health Care Proxy, you can see it. You can expect it will change as her condition improves.
