Is there a list for home health aides or patient care assistants that are looking for work?

I was accepted with cpass to hire my own aide,i already have a person to work for me, my problem is I need a back up in case something comes up and she is unable to full fill her duties on any given day is there some sort of list with aide's names and numbers that I can use to set up an interview with someone I might like to hire. I know that the agency concept of independence has a list like this
