What do we do when patient is lying on the bed and doesn't respond which we then have to force him to sit up and feed him?

How do you plan to feed him if he is unresponsive?
I think you need to figure out whether there is a treatable cause for this or if he is approaching the end of his life. Rely on the medical help available to you.
