Where to find a nursing home for someone with vascular dementia and behavior problems?

Speaks inappropriately, fixated on power scooter, fixated on food. Making threats to harm staff members. Has resently been put on Provera, Latuda, trazadone. ( for his inappropriate speach). Could anyone of these or combination of be bringing out the new bad behavior. Need to move him at their request. How do I find a nursing home with the skills to help him?
