Helping coordinate activities at senior independent living building. What should I do?

plan activities like a lot of senior independent living already have. but a lot don't. I don't have a lot of money but I'm very creative and love to see elderly smile. I would like to go in plan days of fun activities right there in there building and out . I don't think people realize because they are living on there own they still would enjoy doing things because most of them are not able to leave the building or have anyone who even comes to visit them . so I thought this would be lots of fun for them to have things like bingo night arts, painting, cooking ,movie night, family & friends just a few things and much more. But I don't no how to go about getting funding or grants to help or donations to make it happen . what should I do ?
