Who do I contact to receive copy of medical records for my deceased father?

I want copies of my deceased father's medical records while he was a resident at a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, in Elizabethtown, PA.

After death, you see an attorney to get those records, presuming you want to sue for a wrongful death. The facility may have to be issued a court order.
