Is there a service that would accompany my mother, with mild dementia, to her doctor's appointment about every 4 months?

My mother, with mild dementia, is in assisted living in Yakima, WA. I'm in need of someone to accompany her to her cardiologist appointments, taking place about every 4 months. Does anyone offer that service? I'm, of course, willing to pay. Thanks.
