Will the VA help with the cost of 24 hour care at home?

VA won't cover the whole cost. What they provide is up to $1787 a month for the Veteran or $1149 a month for a surviving spouse. They do a five year look back on financials to be sure nothing is given away and there is less than $50K in reserves.
