In Texas, how do I get a copy of my Mothers POA?

After my Mother mother passed away 09-04-2014.I found out that ny sister-in-Law said Mother signed a Power of Attorney. She took all of Mothers money and changed the beneficaries on Mothers Life Insurance Policies.

Kathleen, if the POA made all the changes to benefit herself, it is a crime. Report the crime.

Whomever wrote Mom's Will probably had also put together the other legal documents. Contact that Attorney and see if they have copies.

In some places, people will send the original/copy to the local Court House for filing.
