My father withdrew $60k from his checking account and now we can't afford guardianship. What do we do?

He has it in his credit union account. Is there an agency in San Antonio, TX who can help us. They can file a attorney fee petition (recouping fees incurred due to proceeding). We may need emergency guardianship. I have POA but not enough. Dad's in AL.
